The tour begins with your arrival at Dalaman Airport. A shuttle transfer will take you to your hotel in Fethiye-Ovacık. The transfer departs at 09:45 AM, so it is recommended that you book a flight arriving no later than 09:00 AM. Alternatively, you can arrive a day earlier and stay in Fethiye. The day starts with a short drive to Kayaköy, an abandoned Greek village known as a ghost town. You will explore its old houses and the large church at its center. The hike begins from Kayaköy, following the ancient Lycian Way through pine forests and scenic coastal paths. The trail descends towards Ölüdeniz, where you can take a swimming break at the famous Blue Lagoon. Afterward, you will be transferred back to the hotel in Ovacık.
After breakfast, the hike starts from the Lycian Way’s official starting point in Ovacık. The trail runs along the ridge of Babadağ Mountain, offering breathtaking views of the Blue Lagoon and Butterfly Valley. As you continue, you will pass through Kirme village before arriving in Faralya. The trek takes about six hours, and accommodation will be in a local guesthouse in Faralya.
Today’s hike begins from the guesthouse in Faralya and continues towards Butterfly Valley, which is home to many species of butterflies and a natural water source. After a short break to enjoy the view, the hike continues towards Kabak Bay. Upon arrival, you can take a swimming break before being transferred back to the guesthouse in Faralya.
A short transfer takes you to Alınca, where the hike begins. From here, you will enjoy spectacular views of the "Seven Capes" from a height of 750 meters. The trail mostly descends, following a zigzagging path, before reaching Ge village. The rest of the hike is relatively flat and passes through forests and ancient water cisterns. At the end of the day, you will be transferred to your hotel.
After breakfast, the hike starts from Ge village and leads to the ancient city of Sidyma, one of the historical Lycian settlements. Here, you will explore ancient ruins before having lunch in the garden of a mosque. A short transfer takes you to Delikkemer, an ancient Roman aqueduct that once supplied water to Patara. You will walk along the old water channels towards Patara, the capital of the Lycian Union. Here, you will explore its ruins, including the world’s first known parliament building, a Roman theater, and ancient streets. Then you will take a swimming break at Patara Beach and be transferred to your hotel.

This tour is rated moderate to challenging. Daily hikes range from 7 km to 14 km with varying elevations. Some steep ascents and descents are involved, but no technical climbing is required.
The best time for this trek is spring (April–May–June) and autumn (September–October–November) when temperatures are mild, and nature is at its most beautiful.
