After meeting in Antalya, we transfer to Alacasu Bay, the starting point of our trek. The trail takes us along the coast, passing through lush green forests and pristine bays before reaching the ancient city of Phaselis. Here, we explore the Roman baths, temples, agoras, and Hadrian’s Gate. After a refreshing swim at Phaselis Beach, we continue our hike to Tekirova. In the late afternoon, we visit the ancient ruins of Olympos before settling into our accommodation.
We transfer to Beycik (800m altitude) and begin our descent through scenic pine forests toward Ulupınar, where we enjoy lunch at a riverside fish restaurant. In the afternoon, we continue towards the legendary Chimera Flames, where our guide shares the fascinating mythology of this eternal natural fire. Afterward, we head to our hotel in Çıralı and unwind with a beach break.
We start our hike with breathtaking views of Olympos and Çıralı, passing through three different bays along the Mediterranean coastline. Our journey leads us to the secluded Maden Bay, where we relax with a picnic and a refreshing swim. We return to Çıralı, where we spend the afternoon unwinding by the beach or at our hotel.
After a short transfer, we begin our final hike to the iconic Gelidonya Lighthouse, a historic beacon perched high above the Mediterranean, offering one of the most photographed views in Turkey. Our guide shares the story of the Demir family, who has maintained the lighthouse for three generations. After capturing unforgettable moments, we descend to Pirate Bay for a swim and enjoy a traditional pancake lunch before transferring to Hotel.
Sadly, it’s time to say goodbye! After breakfast, we transfer you to Antalya Airport for your return journey. Thank you for joining us on this incredible adventure along the Lycian Way! We hope you leave with unforgettable memories. See you on your next journey!
This tour is rated moderate to challenging. Daily hikes range from 10 km to 19 km with varying elevations. Some steep ascents and descents are involved, but no technical climbing is required.
The best time for this trek is spring (April–May–June) and autumn (September–October–November) when temperatures are mild, and nature is at its most beautiful.
